Here we have a 1965 6 Cylinder Base Model Fastback Mustang.   It has been parked in the owner's garage for 15 years.  Overall the car is in decent shape with the usual floor pan, cowling, and door corner rust that you expect to find.  But because it was kept inside the rust was not too far advanced.

The owner intends to keep it a 6 cylinder and restore it.  We'll first have to find out why one cylinder was rusted and coolant was in the oil.  What we find out about that will determine whether we can use this block and/or upgrade to a V8.

The car is currently being soda blasted and will be back for clean up and epoxy primer in a few days.
